How to create a new connection in Windows XP
WARNING: If your computer is part of a Local Area Network, you should contact your system administrator before proceeding.

1. Click Start->Settings->Control Panel.

2. Click on the "Network and Internet Connections" icon.

3. Under Pick a Task, click on "Setup" or "Change your Internet connection".

4. Click the "Setup" button.

5. Select "Connect to the Internet" and click Next.

6. Select "Setup my connection manually" then click Next.

7. Select "Connect using a dial-up modem", and click Next.

8. Type 'DBSNet' in the ISP name box, and click Next.

9. Enter the access number for your local calling area and click Next.

10. Enter your username and password in the appropriate areas. Make sure that your username is followed by @dbstech.com .

11. Be sure to uncheck the box that says "Turn on Internet Connection Firewall" for this connection. Then click Next.

12. If you wish, select the box that says 'Add a Shortcut' for this connection to my desktop.
